適用范圍：This standard provides a set of guidelines and general infrastructure capabilities required for the application of the EMS-API interface standards. In order to provide a framework for their application, a reference model is defined being based on a component architecture that places the focus of the standards on component interfaces for information exchange between applications to be integrated within a control center as well as within its environment (including information exchange e. g. with other control centers, and distribution systems).
