適用范圍：Covers spherical or cylindrical, atmospheric-type tanks of glass-fiber-reinforced plastic that are intended for the underground storage of petroleum-based flammable and combustible liquids. These tanks are completely assembled and tested for leakage before shipment. They are intended for installation and use in accordance with ANSI/NFPA 31-1981, Installation of Oil-Burning Equipment, and ANSI/NFPA 30-1981, Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code. This standard does not cover optional accessories for these tanks, such as heating coils or hotwells; nor does it cover compartmented tanks.
