適用范圍：This standard applies to an emptying plant for road and rail tanks and tank-containers, which contain harmless substances as per Cl. 1.2.6 and dangerous substances as per Cl. 1.2.7, where the container is discharged by passing into it compressed air or pressurized inert gas, vvhich vvill be termed PRESSURE GAS in what follovvs.This standard does not apply to emptying plant for substances of classes 1, 2 or 7 of the2)regulations relating to the transport of dangerous goods '.The clauses of this standard marked with an asterisk (★) concern only an emptying plant that handles a dangerous substance as defined in Cl. 1.2.7. The clauses of the standard vvithout an asterisk concern emptying plant for both dangerous and harmless substances.Pressure containers = Pressure vessels other than piping or steam boilers.2)Standard SFS 3341 contains regulations concerning class 2 gases.This standard shall be applied to emptying appliances located on transport vehicles, to temporary emptying plant and to reloading (betvveen tank vehicles or tank-containers) to the extent prescribed by the Technical Inspection Centre.In addition Cl. 6 contains directives for the atmospheric filling of road and rail tanks and tank-containers of pressure-discharge type.
