Annual Reporting Reminder

Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishments

Reporting Year 2020

This reminder is being sent to ALL contacts associated with a pesticide establishment. If you have already submitted your 2020 Annual Production Report(s) (EPA Form 3540-16) you may disregard this Reminder and read the NEW THIS YEAR section. This is a reminder that each Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing establishment must report production for the 2020 reporting year on or before March 1, 2021. Reports submitted electronically must be submitted before midnight eastern standard time. In order to maintain an Active EPA Registered Pesticide Establishment, you are required to report even if you did not produce pesticides or devices during the calendar year 2020.Please note that the majority of EPA staff are still working remotely and may not be on site to receive mailed reports. We are encouraging all reporters to submit electronically to ensure proper submission and a timely review of your report.To ensure on-time delivery of your reports on or before March 1, 2021 we encourage everyone to sign up for the e-reporting option with SSTS:

For those of you that have submitted reports electronically to the EPA with SSTS, we want to thank you for utilizing the fastest most reliable method for submitting your reports on time.NEW THIS YEAR: If you need to amend/change a report you already submitted electronically you can login to SSTS and go to your Submission History and Amend Reports electronically. You can do this for any year you have submitted an electronic report, you will just need to know your Passphrase set for that year. The steps to Amend a report are outlined in the photo below:
